Muktinath Yatra via Varanasi - Muktinath Temple in Nepal with snow capped Himalayan peaks

The Muktinath Yatra via Varanasi is a 9 days / 8 nights pilgrimage that joins two of the holiest destinations for Hindu devotees in a single journey - the eternal city of Kashi (Varanasi) and the sacred Muktinath Temple in the Mustang region of Nepal. Travel with faith, return with blessings.

The yatra opens in Varanasi with darshan at Kashi Viswanath, Annapoorani and Kaal Bhairav temples, the evening Ganga Aarti and boating on the Ganges, followed by Tarpanam and Pithru rituals the next morning. From there you travel by train to Gorakhpur, cross the Sunauli India-Nepal border, and continue through Lumbini - the birthplace of Lord Buddha - to Pokhara, Jomsom and Muktinath Temple. The return covers Pokhara sightseeing and a full day of Kathmandu temples including Pashupatinath. A Tamil-speaking tour escort accompanies the group throughout.
